Ensuring a Smooth Removal & Recycling of Your Old Sofa

To help us provide a fast and efficient sofa removal and recycling service, please follow these guidelines:

• Like-for-Like Removal – We can only remove and recycle a 2 or 3 seater sofa when a new 2 or 3 seater sofa is purchased from us.
• Sofa Condition – Sofas must be dry and clean. If a sofa is wet, damp, or excessively dirty, the delivery driver will be unable to take it. Please contact customer care for a refund of the recycling service fee.
• Clear Access Route – Ensure the delivery team has a clear, unobstructed path from the room to the road, allowing for safe removal.
• Disassembly Where Possible – If feasible, please disassemble large sofas or remove detachable parts before our team arrives.
